Alternate Dispute Resolution
Alternate Dispute Resolution, or ADR, as it is more commonly known, refers to the wide variety of methods by which conflicts and disputes are resolved out of court.
Quaid-e-Azam Law College Lahore is the first ever Law College in Pakistan to introduce ADR as a part of its course curriculum in the session of 2002–03.
The notion that most people want raving judges, well-dressed lawyers, and fine courtroom settings to resolve disputes is not correct. People with problems, like people with pain, want relief, and they want it as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
